Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our Sales Administration team for our Core Business. You enjoy working in an international environment and supporting our globally active sales teams from the back office.

You will be responsible for order processing and work closely with the responsible sales managers to ensure that projects are handed over to the executing departments without any problems. You will lead the project handover meetings yourself and manage all key interface issues in this context. You can look forward to working in a young, dynamic and motivated team, as well as a great team community.

This position is also particularly suitable for people who would like to return to the administrative field. Ideally, you will be interested in spreading the workload of 60%-80% over four working days.

Responsibilities

  • Checking orders, creating order confirmations and ensuring flawless handover to the organisation
  • Maintaining customer and project data in the CRM system
  • Coordination of customer questionnaires (supplier assessment)
  • Various administrative tasks for the sales teams (organisation of meetings, preparation of evaluations, e-mail correspondence, contract filing, etc.)
  • Supporting the sales team with calculations and preparing quotations
  • Assistance in smaller projects

Hardskills

  • Basic commercial training with professional experience or a degree in business administration or similar.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the administrative area
  • Routine use of common MS Office programmes is a must
  • Experience in the CRM system C4C from SAP is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German and English is required
