Das legendäre Hotel Palace Luzern wurde erstmals im Jahr 1906 eröffnet und befindet sich in Luzern am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees. Nach einer kompletten Renovierung eröffnete das Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern im September 2022 seine Türen für Kollegen und Gäste. Das Hotel verfügt über 136 Zimmer und Suiten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge. Drei Restaurants, eine Bar mit wunderschöner Terrasse, der Meeting- und Eventbereich, der Spa sowie ein Fitnessraum runden das vielfältige Angebot für unsere Gäste ab.

Als Talent Acquisition Coordinator werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende

Aufgaben sein:

Koordinierung des Rekrutierungs- und Interviewprozesses für einen schnellen und effizienten Einstellungsprozess

Korrespondenz mit Kandidaten und Terminvereinbarung für Vorstellungsgespräche

Stellenanzeigen verfassen und diese in den entsprechenden Portalen ausschreiben

Entwicklung und Gewährleistung einer exzellenten Kandidaten- und Hiring Manager Erfahrung

Führen von Pre-Screenings und Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen über MS Teams oder vor Ort

Active Sourcing

Umsetzung erfolgreicher Employer-Branding-Massnahmen (z.B. Social Media Talent-Attraction Aktionen, Recruiting Events, Tag der offenen Tür)

Pflegen des Bewerbermanagement Systems

Als Talent Acquisition Coordinator

suchen wir nach:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im administrativen Bereich oder im Hotelfach

Erste Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in der gehobenen Hotellerie von Vorteil

Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse

Diskret, loyal und zuverlässig

Effizientes Zeitmanagement, Kommunikation und professionelle Präsentationsfähigkeiten

Ausgezeichnete organisatorische, administrative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our iconic Mandarin Oriental Palace , Lucerne!

The legendary Hotel Palace Luzern first opened in 1906 and is in the city on the shores of Lake Lucerne. After a complete renovation, the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern reopened its doors in September 2022. It comprises 136 rooms and suites offering excellent views over the lake and mountains. Three restaurants, one bar together with a variety of meeting facilities, a Spa and a fitness room roundup our offer for our Guests.

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be

responsible for the following tasks:

Coordinating the recruitment and interview process for a fast and efficient hiring process

Corresponding with candidates and arranging appointments for interviews

Writing job advertisements and posting them on the relevant portals

Developing and ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience

Conducting pre-screenings and conducting interviews via MS Teams or on-site

Active sourcing

Implementing successful employer branding measures (e.g. social media talent attraction campaigns, recruiting events, open days)

Maintaining the applicant management system

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, we are

looking for:

Completed vocational training in the area of administration or hotel management

First experience in a similar position in the luxury hotel industry an advantage

Very good MS Office skills

Discreet, loyal and reliable

Efficient time management, communication and professional presentation skills

Excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills

Very good level of German and English

Further foreign language skills are an advantage
