Your Tasks

• Implement material planning processes for all items required to support our aircraft, ensuring optimal availability throughout the aircraft lifecycle
• Manage the initial provisioning and the ongoing supply for effective aircraft lifecycle management, ensuring uninterrupted aircraft support
• Assess material availability, analyse findings, communicate supply priorities and promote cross-departmental collaboration
• Create forecasting models that integrate historical data and sales inputs for proactive long-term capacity planning and optimal resource allocation
• Manage material requirements planning, mentor junior team members in material planning and warehouse management practices
• Monitor inventory and warehouse performance, propose corrective actions and create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders

With this you convince us

• University degree in engineering, supply chain or a related field
• Several years of experience in logistics and/or material planning for aviation, defence or similar across all lifecycle phases
• Must have strong understanding of logistics principles, inventory management methodologies and supply chain operations
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions as well as proficiency with ILS inventory and forecasting tools, and MS Office products
• Very good English skills (min. C1) and German would be an advantage
• Proven coaching and lateral management experience as well as skilled in collaborative team environments, clear communication and problem solving capabilities
