Do you love working with numbers and possess a focused attitude and strong attention to detail? Swisslinx is currently searching for a hands-on and proactive Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. In this varied role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our finance team as well as further your experience within the accounting field. Our team is highly diverse, accomplished and international which provides for a dynamic work environment full of top performers in all spheres of our business. Your challenge * Accounts payable/receivable * Invoicing and cash collections * General ledger, and month end closing and reporting processes * VAT, Corporate Tax and Tax at Source declarations * Payroll for internal employees * Audit preparation * Contribute to an on-going finance projects * Cooperate with Financial Controller in relation to financial reporting & analysis and budgeting matters Your background * Educational background in finance, accounting or business administration * 5 years' experience in accounting and working knowledge of Swiss accounting standards * Ability to work under minimal supervision * Strong Excel experience * Proactive, organised and process driven approach to work * Strong communication skills in English, German would be ideal (knowledge of Accounting terminology in German, ability to read/deal with official documents in German) * Availability to start a new position immediately or by the 1st of June the latest We look forward to your application and discussing how your experience can strengthen our team!
