Business Analyst (80-100%)

Zurich |up to 60% Home Office | Reference 6383

Are you passionate about supporting institutional clients on a day-2-day basis? Do you have good organizational skills? Then, we want to hear from you! You help us promote and further grow our successfully launched digital offering. You will help our growing clientele with their daily processing and help to further develop the joint product roadmap. In our energetic clients support team, you are in daily contact with client, coordinate and support all process activities.

What You Will Do

  • support the development and optimization of processes, quality standards and KPIs
  • participate in enhancements initiatives for the operations team to enrich existing processes or define new ones
  • translate needs into requirements and conduct conceptual discussions with product owners, business architects, developers and other stakeholders
  • taking ownership of customer issues reported for production and tracking them through resolution
  • perform root cause analysis in a complex system environment and communicate defects following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • take responsibility in maintaining internal and client facing documentation

What You Bring

  • university degree or equivalent with proven experience in a business operations role in the financial industry and track record of requirements analysis including a strong focus on Exchange expertise
  • knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations particularly in the area of financial market infrastructure is a plus (FinFraG, Banking Act, Stock Exchange Act, FINMA Circular etc.)
  • independent and structured way of working, quick comprehension, high self-initiative, practice-oriented and flexible
  • strong team player with a hands-on mentality and efficient working methods with a strong quality awareness
  • fluent in English and German (oral and written)
