Group Quality Assurance & Risk Specialist

• Full responsibility for the Group Quality Assurance & Risk aspects
• Hands-on-mentality on Top-Q Cases
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams in all divisions to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the product lifecycle
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence, solution leadership and customer value
• Interfaces to insurance broker and related insurances regarding Q-Cases

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business process management or quality management
• Good leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Solid experience in quality management in a global or multinational organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englisch and German
