  • monitoring the activities of all PWM MEA offices in all locations to ensure compliance with the internal risk and compliance directives and procedures.

  • taking responsibility for performing regular controls to ensure strict compliance of our activities with South African regulatory requirements in accordance with the advisory licence.

  • serving as the first point of contact within MEA for cross-border matters, with the support of PWM Risk & Compliance experts.

  • coordinating risk and compliance related projects and initiatives within MEA.

  • providing active support and cooperation as part of the annual risk and control self-assessment of the Zone (RCSA) for operational risk.

  • performing regulatory watch by keeping abreast of regulatory changes within the relevant markets and sharing the information with the relevant teams.
