Under the regional label "natürli“Sells the natürli zürioberland ag has selected cheese specialties from regional small dairies for over 25 years, which mature in our cheese cellars and develop their unique aroma there. We produce high-quality dairy products in our own dairy in Saland im Tösstal. The natürli Cheese products are available from numerous regional and national retailers, wholesalers and in our own 18 sales outlets Humidoren, available. We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified person in our cheese cellar in Saland, immediately or by appointment

Team member cheese cellar 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

  • You refine and care for more than a dozen different types of cheese from the Zurich Oberland in nine cheese cellars by hand and with the cheese care robot
  • You check the quantity and quality of the incoming cheese, store the delivered cheese, record the incoming goods via ERP and label them at the storage location
  • You prepare cheese for internal transfer
  • Providing the batches, cleaning, labelling, packaging and labeling the loaves, as well as processing the processes in the ERP
  • You ensure a well-organized and hygienically impeccable cheese cellar

Your profile:

  • Training as a milk technologist, cheese maker, alpine cheese maker or relevant professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of German and an affinity for numbers combined with logical thinking
  • You are reliable, able to work in a team and work in a quality and responsible manner
  • You are in good physical condition (physically demanding work without daylight in the cheese cellar)
  • You are willing and able to understand the practical processes in an ERP
  • You are a cheese enthusiast - cheese is more than just a sandwich topping for you
